Any team member with login access to your CPApex account. Clients using the ClientConnect portal are not counted as users.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans are billed at 10 months for the price of 12 — an effective 17% discount. Contact us to set this up.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Data is hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers with daily backups.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
